| In these uncertain economic times,
there are many people looking for jobs.
While Systems Research Group is frequently the source
of good jobs; we simply can't be in all places at all
times. This is where you come in. Perhaps you would
like to help job seekers with a "Pay It Forward"
program.
Here's how it works:
You may know of a job in your area of expertise, or
may have recently interviewed for a job that you were
simply not interested in for whatever reason. If you
let us know about that job, we may be able to turn this
into an opportunity for someone else.
If, through your referral, we contact the company that
has an open job and they will work with us to make a
placement, we would be happy to share in our good fortune.
Should we make any placement within one year of our
initial contact with the firm that you refer to us,
we will pay you a referral fee of a percentage of the
fees that we earn from that placement. These fees typically
range from $750-$2,000 per placement. If the company
winds up hiring more than one person from us, you will
continue to earn a referral fee for EACH placement that
we earn from the company during that one year! You might
not get rich, but, then, you might just earn enough
to take a nice vacation next year!
In the event that the company does not utilize recruiters,
we will still pass along the information about the job
to people that are qualified for it that are in need
of a job right now. If they wind up getting the job
that you referred, we'll let them know that you were
their benefactor (with your permission, of course).
You won't see any cash in this case, but, you can bask
in the glow of helping your fellow man.
There's only two conditions.
First, if the job that you heard about was referred
to you by another recruiter, we would not want to impact
their livelihood by "sniping" a deal that
rightfully belongs to a 'brother' recruiter. Please
offer us the same degree of confidentiality by not sharing
jobs that we speak to you about with anyone, OK?
Second, we may already have a relationship with the
firm that you refer or that firm may have been referred
to us by another "Pay It Forward" associate.
When you make a referral, we can let you know immediately
if we already know about the company.
So, can you suggest a couple of open positions? We'd
like to know the company and any contacts that you may
know from the firm to get us started.
